How Long Until it Arrives?

On the average, it takes from one to three days to print and ship out the photograph(s). Large orders and orders placed during or immediately prior to a major holiday may take longer. The length of time the order takes to arrive depends on your location and the shipping option you choose. If, for some reason, it will take longer than usual to complete your order, you will be contacted via email.

Canvas Prints with Texturing Gel
On the average, it takes from two to four days to print, mount and ship out the photograph(s). Application of the texturing gel takes an additional two to three days due to the multiple applications and drying time. Large orders and orders placed during or immediately prior to a major holiday may take longer. The length of time the order takes to arrive depends on your location and the shipping option you choose. If, for some reason, it will take longer than usual to complete your order, you will be contacted via email.
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States.
All orders are shipped from the state of Oregon.
Shipping Carrier
Presently, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Our shopping cart system allows you to receive a quote on the shipping and handling charges before you check out. Once you have completed your shopping, click "Check Out", and a form will appear where you can enter your zip code and get an accurate quote on shipping and handling fees.
Insurance
All shipments are insured through the carrier, which covers damage occuring in transit or by carrier mishandling. See below for information on what to do in the event that you receive damaged merchandise.
Signature Confirmation
All orders require a signature at the time of delivery. This is to help insure that the merchandise is delivered to the correct address and to protect us from fraudulent claims that the merchandise was not received.
Product Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with an item for some reason, you may return it for a full refund at no cost to you. The merchandise must be undamaged at the time you return it. Please contact us, and we will give you instructions on what to do. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Damaged Merchandise
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will give you instructions on what to do. Do not throw away the packaging it came in, especially if it, too, is damaged. We do not give refunds or replacements for items damaged after they are received, regardless of the cause of the damage.
Lost Shipments
Please see above for order processing time. If your order does not arrive within the time frame expected, please give it an additional few days before reporting it lost. Lost items will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We do not give refunds or replacements for items lost after they are received.
Chargebacks
Refunds for unsatisfactory or damaged items are handled by us and will be processed once the item is returned. Therefore, customers should not initiate a chargeback on their credit card or PayPal account. |
